滨州位于黄河三角洲腹地、渤海湾西南岸。版图面积9600平方公里，辖滨城区、沾化区、惠民、阳信、无棣、博兴、邹平五县二区和滨州经济技术开发区、高新区、北海经济开发区。全市总人口387万。属东亚暖温带亚湿润大陆性季风气候，四季分明。 滨州南部依山，北部临海，中部黄河穿城而过，是黄河三角洲面积最大、人口最多的行政区和核心区，是黄河三角洲高效生态经济区、山东半岛蓝色经济区和环渤海经济圈、济南省会城市群经济圈的叠加区，是山东省的北大门。

Binzhou lies in the hinterland of the Yellow River Delta, southwest bank of Bohai Sea Gulf. Binzhou occupies an area of 9,600 square kilometers. It governs Bincheng District, Zhanhua District, Huimin County, Yangxin County, Wudi County, Bo’xing County, Zouping County, Binzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone and Beihai Economic Development Zone. It provides home to 3.87 million people. The City enjoys sub-humid continental monsoon climate of warm temperate zone of East Asia, which is characterized by a clear distinction of the four seasons. Binzhou borders on mountains to its south and the Bohai Sea to its north. The Yellow River runs across the middle of the City. As the North Gate of Shandong province, Binzhou is the biggest and most populated administrative core area of the Yellow River Delta Efficient Ecological Economic Zone (hereafter referred to as YRDEEEZ), as well as the superimposed region of YRDEEEZ, Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone (SPBEZ), Bohai Economic Circle and Capital Jinan Metropolitan Circle.

交通优势

滨州是国家级公路运输主枢纽城市，是连接苏、鲁、京、津的重要通道。长深高速、荣乌高速、青银高速、滨德高速、济滨东高速以及正在建设的秦滨高速和205、220国道穿越境内，构成高等级公路框架。德龙烟客运铁路正式通车，胶济铁路从南部穿过，黄大铁路、济青高铁滨州段和滨港铁路二期正在建设，与规划中的京沪高铁东线、济滨东城际铁路构成“三纵两横一城际”的铁路网。滨州海路畅通，地区性重要港口——滨州港正式通航，与黄骅港隔海相望，是济南省会城市群经济圈最近的出海通道。通用航空机场、高速公路、干线铁路、海港码头构成了四通八达的海陆空立体化交通网络。

Binzhou is identified as a national transport center as well as an important passageway connecting Jiangsu, Shandong, Beijing and Tianjin. Chang-Shen Expressway, Rong-Wu Expressway, Qing-Yin Expressway, Bin-De Expressway, Ji-Bin-Dong Expressway, Qin-Bin Expressway under construction and 205, 220 National Roads form the high-rank expressway frame. De-Long-Yan railway had formally opened, Jiao-Ji railway passes through the South part, Huang-Da railway, Binzhou part of Ji-Qing high speed railway and the second stage engineering of Bin-Gang railway had been put into operation, with the planned Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway, Ji-Bin-Dong intercity railway constitute one "three vertical, two horizontal and one inter-city line" railway network. Binzhou enjoys smooth searoute transportation. Binzhou Port facing Huanghua Port across the Sea, a crucial harbor with regional importance had formally opened to shipping. Airport for general aviation, expressway, arterial railway and seaport form a stereoscopic traffic network extending to all directions.

自然资源

滨州自然资源丰富，是中国第二大油田——胜利油田的主采油区。全市已探明矿产资源29种,开发潜力巨大。滨州拥有240公里的海岸线，是全国四大渔场之一，沿海有10万公顷的滩涂和广袤的芦苇湿地，是山东省重要的原盐生产基地、盐化工基地和海水养殖基地。

滨州地域辽阔，土地资源丰厚。全市拥有未利用地173.8万亩，占全市土地总面积的12.4%，千亩以上集中连片的未利用地近百万亩。由于滨州成陆时间早，无论是改造还是回填造地，在建设周期、施工难度等诸方面都比黄三角其他市更加优越、成熟，是中国东部地区土地资源最富集的区域之一。

There are abundant natural resources in Binzhou. It is the main oil district of Shengli Oil Field-the second largest oil field in China. Binzhou has great potentials for exploitation, 29 kinds of mineral resources have been confirmed here. With a coastline of 240 kilometers, 100,000 hectares of mud flat and reed wetland, Binzhou takes the place as one of the four major national fishing grounds as well as an important raw salt production base, salt chemicals base and seawater aquiculture base in Shandong Province.

Binzhou is an expansive city with rich land resources.The City owns 1.738 million Mu (1 hectare equals to 15 Mu) of unused land, accounting for 12.4% of the City's total land area, among which nearly one million Mu are whole piece land blocks with each block more than 1,000 Mu. Comparing with other cities on the Yellow River Delta, due to earlier land formation, Binzhou enjoys more mature and better conditions in regard to short construction time and easy construction for the retrofit or backfill of land. Binzhou is one of the eastern regions in China that has the richest land resources.

旅游资源

滨州历史悠久，文化源远流长，是黄河文化和齐文化的发祥地之一。古代著名军事思想家孙武、宋代著名政治家范仲淹、汉孝子董永都出生或成长在这里，现存魏氏庄园、范公祠、丈八佛、杜受田故居、大汶口和龙山文化遗址等名胜古迹250余处。随着具有浓郁地域特色的“两山”（鹤伴山、碣石山）、“两带”（沿黄、沿海）、“一圣人”（孙子）旅游产业的开发，滨州将成为京、津、冀等周边城市居民休闲旅游的“郊区公园”。厚重的历史文化和大自然的绚丽风光，令海内外游客流连忘返。

With a long history and well established culture, Binzhou acts as one of the birthplaces of the Yellow River Culture and the Qi Culture. Sun Wu, a famous ancient military strategist, Fan Zhongyan, a renowned statesman in the Song Dynasty, Dong Yong, a famous filial son in the Han dynasty were all born or grew up here. Currently, Binzhou have more than 250 places of historic interest and scenic beauty. Such as: The Manor of Wei Clan, Fan Gong Temple, Zhangba Buddha, Du Shoutian’s Former Residence, Da Wenkou and Longshan Cultural Relics, and so on. With the development of the tourist industry, Binzhou has strong regional characteristics of "two mountains" (Heban mountain and Jieshi mountain),"two belts" (along the Yellow River and coast) "one Sage" (Sunwu). Binzhou will become a "Suburb Park"of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, etc. Visitors at home and abroad are so captivated by the city’s long history and culture as well as the beautiful scene of nature that they often forget to leave once they come here.

滨州以积极的姿态走向世界，已与160多个国家和地区建立了经贸合作关系。全市外商投资企业累计600余家。日本伊藤忠株式会社、香港华润集团、荷兰阿克苏诺贝尔公司等28家世界500强企业在滨州投资发展。滨州拥有16家境内外上市公司，并已在香港联交所主板形成“滨州板块”。2003年9月24日魏桥创业集团在香港上市后，西王集团、宏诚控股、三星油脂、华兴机械、宏桥集团等企业相继在境外上市。2016年底，累计境外上市融资359亿人民币，居全省首位。

With active opening-up to the world, Binzhou has already established economic and trade cooperation with more than 160 countries and regions. There are more than 600 foreign enterprises in the city. Large multinationals such as ITOCHU Corporation of Japan, Hong Kong Huarun Group and Akzo Nobel of Netherlands had settled in here,currently, there are more than 28 global top 500 enterprises investing and developing in Binzhou. Binzhou has 16 listed companies, formed the "Binzhou Board" in the main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Since Sep.24th 2003, when Weiqiao Pioneering Group listed in Hong Kong Stock Exchange, many enterprises succeeded in being listed overseas (Xiwang Group, Hongcheng Home Textile, Sanxing Oil, Jinruinuo Hua Xing and China Hongqiao), totally financing over 35.9 billion Yuan by the end of 2016, ranking No.1 in Shandong province.

冶金产业

冶金产业作为我市的支柱行业，对全市工业经济支撑作用巨大。以魏桥创业集团为龙头，从氧化铝、电解铝到铝加工、铝材深加工制品，延伸发展成为密不可分的完整铝产业链条。围绕600余万吨铝产品产能，发展壮大了山东创新金属科技、北汽集团、中信集团等一大批铝材深加工企业，高端铝深加工产业集群已具雏形，并积极打造世界级铝深加工基地。魏桥创业集团在印度尼西亚投资建设的氧化铝生产基地2015年投产，习近平总书记和印尼总统共同见证了合同签字仪式。

以大型钢铁企业邹平钢铁集团为龙头，围绕省级轻质高强合金材料战略性新兴产业示范基地建设，从炼铁、炼钢、轧钢发展到具有区域竞争力，技术装备先进的高档型材产业链，主要产品有不锈钢、螺纹钢等特种钢材，总产能1200万吨。其中，西王特钢在香港联交所主板上市。

As a pillar industry in Binzhou, metallurgical industry offers tremendous support to Binzhou industrial economy. Taking Weiqiao Pioneering Group as the lead, a complete aluminum industry chain, with inextricable connection between each and every sector (alumina, electrolytic aluminum, aluminum processing and deep processing products), has taken into shape. Basing on the aluminum producing capacity of more than 6 million tons, a large number of aluminum deep processing enterprises like Shandong Chuangxin Metal Technology Company, Beijing Automotive Industry Group Co., Ltd.(BAIC Group), CITIC Group has emerged and developed. High-end aluminum deep processing industrial cluster has taken initial shape, and a world-class aluminum deep processing base been actively forged. An alumina production base invested by Weiqiao Pioneering Group had on operation in Indonesia in 2015. General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Xi Jinping and Indonesian President witnessed the signing of the contract.

Taking the large steel enterprise Zouping Steel Group as the lead, focusing on the construction of provincial strategic emerging industry demonstration base for the production of light-weight, high-strength alloy material, from iron smelting, steel manufacturing & rolling, a well-equipped and high regional competitiveness production industrial chain has been gradually developed. Main products are stainless steel, rebar and other special steel with a total capacity of 12 million tons. Among them, Xiwang Special Steel has listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

机械和装备制造产业

作为全市主导产业，全行业拥有规模以上企业307家，从业人员5万人。产业门类从传统的活塞、轮毂、曲轴、精密铸件、农用机械、石材机械、油田机械等，拓宽至新能源汽车、飞机、数控机床、风电设备、电子元器件加工设备、海洋工程装备、智能建材装备等高端装备制造领域。主要产品年产能：活塞3000万只、轮毂1500万只、曲轴20万只、抽油杆2000万米。盟威集团、渤海活塞、九环机械、华兴机械、齐星铁塔等企业均是全国同行业排头兵。拥有国家级企业技术中心5家，省级企业技术中心78家，市级企业技术中心143家。

As the city's leading industry, at present, Binzhou has 307 enterprises above designated size, with employees of 50,000. Product categories have been expanded from traditional piston, hub, crankshaft, precision casting, agro-machinery, stone&oilfield machinery to those products in high-end equipment manufacturing fields, such as new energy vehicles, aircrafts, NC machine tools, wind-power equipments, electronic components processing equipments, marine engineering equipments, intelligent building material equipments and others. Annual capacity for major products: 30 million pistons, 15 million wheel hubs, 200,000 crankshafts, and 20 million meters sucker rods. Movever Group, Bohai Piston, Jiuhuan Machinery, Huaxing machinery and Qixing Tower are all pioneers among their counterparts in China. Binzhou has 5 national level enterprise technical centers, plus 78 provincial and 143 municipal level ones.

海洋石油化工产业

滨州是全国化工基地之一，石油地质储量和天然气储量极为丰富。石油总储量6亿吨，天然气总储量164亿立方米。规模以上化工企业171家，涉及石油化工、盐化工、煤化工、农用化工等多个行业。一次性原油加工能力达1800万吨、原盐550万吨、烧碱115万吨、环氧丙烷30万吨、PVC40万吨、沥青130万吨、溴素3万吨。

Binzhou is one of the national chemical bases with abundant petroleum-in-place of 600 million tons and natural gas reserves16.4 billion cubic meters. There are 171 above-scale industrial enterprises relating to sectors like petrochemical industry, salt chemical industry, coal chemistry and agricultural chemical industry. One-time crude oil, crude salt, caustic soda, propylene oxide, PVC, asphalt and bromine processing capacity reach 18 million tons, 5.5 million tons, 1.15 million tons, 300 thousand tons, 400 thousand tons, 1.3 million tons and 30 thousand tons respectively.

纺织家纺服装产业

滨州是全国纺织产业基地，目前已形成了棉纺、染整、巾被、家纺、毛纺、地毯、服装服饰、化纤、产业用纺织品等门类较为齐全的工业体系，在全国乃至世界具有举足轻重的地位。全市共有纺织企业477家，其中规模以上223家，各类加工户3000余家，从业人员36万余人，年加工原棉150万吨，纺纱1100万纱锭，布30亿米。

Binzhou is the national textile industry base . Currently it has formed a comprehensive industrial system of cotton textile, dyeing, towelling and coverlets, home textile, wool spinning, carpets, garments, chemical fiber and industrial fabrics, and plays a significant role in China or even in the whole world. Binzhou has around 477 textile enterprises (among which above-scale enterprises 223), processing companies of various types more than 3,000, which provide jobs to more than 360,000 practitioners. The annual raw cotton processing, yarn spinning and fabric weaving capacity reaches 1.5 million tons, 11 million spindles and 3 billion meters respectively.

粮油果蔬食品深加工产业

由食品加工、植物油、酒类、淀粉、肉类加工等多个领域，向规模化、优质化、营养化、保健化发展，开发出各类特色食品、绿色食品、有机食品。沾化冬枣、阳信鸭梨、无棣金丝小枣、惠民蜜桃、邹平水杏驰名中外。滨州拥有亚洲最大的淀粉糖和玉米油生产企业西王集团，年加工玉米能力300万吨，拥有国内唯一一条果糖产业化生产线，年产果糖10万吨。

For various fields like food processing, vegetable oil, drinks, starch production and meat processing, there has been a further shift toward large-scale, high quality, nutrition and health. Different kinds of typical food, green food and organic food have been developed. Zhanhua Winter Date, Yangxin pear, Wudi golden jujube, Huimin honey peach, Zouping water apricot have won great celebrity both at home and abroad. There are Xiwang Group, the No.1 starch sugar and maize oil producer in Asia, which owns annual maize processing capacity of 3 million tons, fructose 100 thousand tons and the unique fructose industrialization production line in China.

新兴产业

滨州运用现代科学技术，加大扶持和投资力度，推动了电子信息、生物医药、新能源、新材料等新兴产业的建设进度和风能、太阳能、生物质能的开发利用。绿都生物、鲁北制药、康和药业等生物医药的研发生产，促进了产业优化升级和可持续发展，培育了新的经济增长点。

Applying modern science and technology, Binzhou has spared no efforts to support and develop the construction of emerging industries like electronic information, biomedicine, new energy resources and new materials. Wind, solar, biomass energy development and utilization, Lv Du, Lubei and Kanghe Company’s pharmaceutical research and production have promoted the industry optimization, upgrading and sustainable development. New economic growth point has been fostered.
